Our Story
I’m Victoria, the blonde in the photo holding the microphone and, more importantly, the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Consultant at Elelemo!
Over the past decade, my career in marketing has taken me from Tel Aviv, the “Startup Nation,” where I worked closely with early-stage companies finding their footing, to San Francisco, the “Startup Capital of the World,” where I joined a fast-growing, series A-stage company.
That’s where my perspective shifted. In high-growth companies, marketing isn’t about what looks good. It’s about what works. Decisions are driven by data. Every dollar is expected to produce a return. It’s called strategic marketing and it’s how smart companies grow. So I kept wondering: why don’t smaller businesses get to operate this way too?
The answer was access. Experienced strategists are expensive. Most growing businesses simply can’t justify a six-figure hire.
