The ELE Initiative Mission

The ELE Initiative exists to help level the playing field for South Florida’s newest entrepreneurs by connecting early-stage local business owners with experienced marketing strategists who volunteer their time, expertise, and genuine investment in the community’s success. We believe that access to smart, strategic marketing guidance shouldn’t be gated behind high fees or big budgets.

Through casual one-on-one meetings over coffee, we help pre-revenue and emerging small businesses across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties find their footing by clarifying their brand, reaching the right customers, and building the foundation for real, sustainable growth.

Pre-revenue or sub $10k net profit annual status
Less than 3 employees
Willing to meet up in Fort Lauderdale

Tell us about yourself and your local business! We want to hear about the idea, inspiration, and where you might currently be struggling with marketing.

Book

If it's a fit, you'll be given access to our ELE booking calendar where you can reserve a 45 minute slot to meet with an Elelemo marketing specialist at a local coffee shop (or bar).

Strategize

For the first meeting, we'll come with some high level strategic marketing recommendations. Subsequent meetings are at your discretion and you get to set the agenda!

Treat

There is no cost for you to participate in the ELE Initiative and participating Elelemo marketing strategists are volunteer. All we ask is that you cover the tab!

Is there a cost to participate?

If your application is accepted, there is no cost to participate and Elelemo strategists are volunteers. All we ask is that you cover the tab at the coffee shop.

Is this a sales pitch for Elelemo's paid services?

No. The ELE Initiative is a standalone community program. There's no obligation to become a paying client, ever.

What will we actually talk about?

Your first meeting will cover high-level strategic marketing recommendations based on the information given in your application questionnaire. After that, you set the agenda. Subsequent sessions are entirely at your discretion.

What if I can't afford the strategist's recommendations?

Your strategist will walk you through setting everything up yourself, step by step, and point you to free resources along the way. It takes more time than handing it off but you'll get there with a clear plan in hand.
